Tapcard is a completely appless digital business card solution - both for you and your prospects. Save your chosen profile design via our website and share your details/media by tapping your Tapcard on their phone or by saving your personalised QR code to your wallet passes within Google or Apple Wallet.

Once you set up your profile, you can amend the contact information, media and documents as often as you like!

It’s easy. Sign in with a Gmail, LinkedIn or Microsoft account to link your details when prompted, or manually enter your email address and create a password to get started.

You can explore the Tapcard portal anytime- creating an account is free. Get to grips with the portal and see how easy it is to create a profile and design your card before purchasing. However, you'll need a subscription to activate your account and use our service.

Once you’ve selected and purchased your package, you’ll receive an email outlining the next steps.

Log in to your account and select ‘Design your card’. Upload your chosen design, and once you’re happy with it, click ‘Accept design’ to send it to our printing team. Delivery usually takes 3 – 5 working days. We suggest you use this time to create your profiles so you’re ready to go once your Tapcard arrives!

Your card will arrive ready to use, so there is no need for any set-up process. Once you’ve created and saved a profile, you can start tapping!

The time it takes depends on whether you’re designing an intricate landing page using the profile builder, creating a simple ‘Link Hub’, or simply redirecting to another site. The 'Help Section' on our website details how to set up and use each type of account.

Depending on your chosen subscription, you can have unlimited profiles to switch between.

Once you have a PDF file with your chosen logo or card design, log in to your account, select the ‘My Tapcard’ tab and upload the file using the ‘Design your card’ button.

Yes, once uploaded, you can choose the size and placement of your design to get the exact style and finish that works for you.

Make edits and view changes in real-time. To ensure you get the customised product you’re looking for, we’ve included a ‘live preview’ feature on the ‘Design your card’ section of the Tapcard portal.

To ensure the highest quality of our products, we currently only support single-sided laser engraving with your chosen logo/design on the front of the cards and UV-printed QR codes on the back.

Due to the laser engraving design process, we only offer black cards with silver engraved designs.

No, all subscription payments are made through our dedicated payment provider, Stripe. Tapcard does not store or collect any payment information from customers.
